“Miracle worker” is the best way I can describe Steph. After some very challenging/agonising times with arthritis in my hands, I’m now (pretty much) pain-free - so much so that I no longer need treatment! Steph combines deep knowledge with genuine care and attentiveness (and a great sense of humour). I felt fully supported throughout every session, and the progress I’ve made under her care has been nothing short of remarkable. If you need help, don't wait - she's incredible and I wish I'd found her sooner!
I am not satisfied with the care. I do not recommend them at all. I spent $108 to just get a massage and 2 exercises, some weeks it was me recapping what I have been feeling and them getting me to repeat my exercises. All the equipment they provide are also an additional fee to the already over priced fee for 20mins. I have been with them for 2 months and nil improvements at all. Trying to look for other clinicians who are more patient centred.
I sustained an injury at work in my wrists, not knowing what to do I sought help from Melbourne hand therapy based off a clients recommendation and have continued to go there weekly. Since the first meeting with Jess she knew exactly what my issue was and was quick to diagnose and tell me what needed to be done.
