I am not satisfied with the care. I do not recommend them at all. I spent $108 to just get a massage and 2 exercises, some weeks it was me recapping what I have been feeling and them getting me to repeat my exercises. All the equipment they provide are also an additional fee to the already over priced fee for 20mins. I have been with them for 2 months and nil improvements at all. Trying to look for other clinicians who are more patient centred.
I sustained an injury at work in my wrists, not knowing what to do I sought help from Melbourne hand therapy based off a clients recommendation and have continued to go there weekly. Since the first meeting with Jess she knew exactly what my issue was and was quick to diagnose and tell me what needed to be done. She has been so informative and supportive through every step of the way and even though my type of injury is a slow recovery, I feel without Jess I wouldn’t have gotten relief as quick as I have, she has truly helpe... read more
