Extremely disappointed with my experience at Melbourne Hand Therapy. My son saw Ken on Thursday for a thumb splint following a thumb fracture. Unfortunately, the splint was lost on Sunday, so I returned on Monday to have a replacement made. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged both another consultation fee and the full cost of a new splint, despite it being only a few days after the initial appointment. The practitioner I had (Ken) was the ultimate professional, polite, knew his stuff and got me sorted over a series of visits. All practice staff made me feel welcome and attended to my needs on a professional manner. Highly recommend their services.

I've been a patient of the clinic for around 5-6 months for wrist and hand related rehab under the care of Isabella (Bella). She has been nothing short of fantastic. Very knowledgeable, dedicated and caring. Very much was instrumental with my rehab progress and can't thank her enough for her dilligence. The administration team (Elissa and Ethan) are fantastic also, and Physio Ken too who I saw for one session, but was amazing also. Would reccomend to anyone who is seeking hand therapy care to Essendon Melbourne Rehab.
