It’s been over a year since my dad was treated by Dr Paul Turner. I personally believe he is a super star Dr in the Haematology world. God forbid you need to see a haematologist but if you do he is the one ! His attributes outclass him from any Dr I have met from communication empathy, a constant drive that I see he never gives up to help you. His truly amazing & I truly cannot thank him enough. His reception team are incredible make life so much easier with bookings & overall support.
I cannot speak for the Dr or Drs at this practice but the reception staff were atrocious. My partner has a history of cancer and needed to get in with a Haematologist asap. I was booking the appointment for him so that’s why the review is from me. We were extremely anxious given his family history and even though I told the receptionist our concern I was treated very abruptly and not empathetically at all.
