I’ve lived in this building for a while now, and I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences with the concierge service—especially with certain male staff members. Most of the time, they are simply not too willing to help. Almost every time I approach the desk, I’m either ignored, made to wait unnecessarily, or spoken to in a dismissive tone. I have to say we have been spoilt. I have enjoyed living in the Melbourne Grand for the last 12 months, and it offers an exceptional residential experience. Everything in this building reflects quality, care and professionalism, from the well-maintained facilities to the day-to-day operations. A special mention must go to the concierge team, which has exceptional management, from Tom when we started to Harley. The team is always courteous and incredibly helpful. Great location and facilities. Bed was the worst we have ever experienced. If you need to be in traction, it would be fine.
