DO NOT GO HERE! Only put 1 star just to write this! They get 20 minus stars!!!! I will be putting a complaint in and taking this matter further! We had an appointment today 7/7/26 last minute cancellation from them!! we caught a cab 50, they said we will not be reimbursed and $50 to get home! The rudeness from the clinic manager was appalling! I would never recommend going to this clinic, unless you want to lose time and money! My father has recently gone into permanent care and I am in the midst of organising my mother for the same. Both my parents have forms of dementia and as a result I engaged MGG to get further assessments of my mother. There is a lot happening in the background, unfortunately more than most families have to deal with. Very poor experience. Asked for an urgent review, this did not happen. Springtime Freemasons in Sydenham was told of appointment time, I was not. I only found out by my own follow up. I was not happy with Dr Imas Ahmed attitude towards my father-in - law Saviour Aquilina on 30/10/23. She was too busy with covering up the abuse of staff and the resident GP. l asked her to do blood levels of serepax and repiradone on Saviour Aquilina which she said she would and she did not. My elderly mother was called a ",smelly old woman" by one of your cleaning staff. Drove all the way from broady just to see you about her memory loss. Will not be booking another appointment any time soon.
