KEEP AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I would give 0 stars if possible. They do not lay hybrid floors to standard. Your hybrid bloods will lift and buckle and they will come up with every excuse possible as to why it is (moisture in slab, etc). Have seen the same comments in previous reviews. Had professionals come out and do reporting on the slab to find this is absolutely not true, and that they have not laid as per flooring code and they should be liable, good luck. As a Builder we used the company for our hybrid floating floors over the past couple of years and they did 5 Units and also a personal home of ours. Every single job they’ve done has all buckled and lifted and I’ve been back and forth on the phone with the rude arrogant owner Izaak for months. His excuse for everything is must be moisture in your slabs even though one was in a subfloor. To prove him wrong I paid for a professional moisture test on the home and they all passed and said it’s buckled due to wrong installation. ... read more
had a great experience with these guys! responded to my request for a quote quickly, called me to arrange a measure/quote and arrived on time. isaac came around to do my quote and was super kind, informative and helpful with his suggestions. he also went the extra mile to organise getting my hybrid floors installed the next day! the job was done by 3pm and the team left the place spotless. my floors look incredible, highly recommend isaac and his company :)

This business installed our hybrid floors about a year ago. A few short months after the install, we began to see boards lifting and cracking. This was hybrid floors laid over our existing hardwood floors, which had been in place with no issues since we moved in 6 years earlier. The decision to lay over the top of the old floors was recommended by the company, so not being the experts here, we went with that.
