Fantastic reception staff, who do an amazing job of remembering client's names!
So happy with Dr Gan, he explains everything with the treatment, what is being done and the girls at South Croydon are truly lovely. Highly recommended
I've received treatment at 4 clinics and Melbourne Eastside is my favourite. The processes are so efficient and the UV machines always work (they haven't at some places), knowledgeable staff and Dr Desmond is lovely, approachable and knowledgeable. In fact, I've left my usual clinic of more than 15 years to become a patient here.
Very good customer service encountered. However this popular practice now needs a much bigger premises - the waiting area was very crowded. When doing a skin check the dermatologist needs to work from the head down.
