Poor care and no one knows what is going on. My father was admitted there a month ago, and on the second day, during our visit, we noticed his room was extremely hot. He had asked for a glass of warm water, and was told to get it from the tap in his room. He was also having a temperature due to an infection and was only seen after we alerted the nurse, who we had difficulty locating. He had to be transferred out to a public hospital for further care.
