I owe so much to my good friend and specialist,he performed a miracle. He is a beautiful man and is such a gentleman. His receptionist, Luana, has become my friend and she is always so helpful. I had an appointment two days ago with professor Gerand, he was just wonderful. I am so fortunate to have these special people helping me recover. Cannot praise them enough.
I started losing my hearing 20 years ago and started wearing hearing aids 13+ years ago. I upgraded the hearing aid and that helped for several years. About a year and a half ago, I again was having difficulty hearing from my left ear. I was told that hearing aids would no longer help and I was referred to Prof. Robert Briggs.
