Had a lovely chat with one of the reps, Giang. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my queries and made some excellent recommendations! Will definitely ask to be served by her next time!
Worst customer service experience ever. Staff showed no care or responsibility after losing a customer's item — no solution was offered, just poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour. It's hard to understand how this level of service is acceptable in an international airport. Extremely disappointing.
Very rude customer service with the man without hair and eyebrow. Poker face all the time. Don’t listen to your request. Need more training.
