Michael and Jordan displayed two completely different attitudes before and after the payment was made. The quote was excessively high, and they pressured you to accept it quickly. They promised to provide a compliance certificate but failed to do so, despite multiple follow-ups via email, phone calls, and messages. This is illegal by the VBA. The ABN listed on the invoice (36785458779) is not GST registered, yet GST was still charged—an unlawful practice.

When I first contacted Michael, he was incredibly helpful and promptly arranged for Jordan to inspect my plumbing issue the very next day. Following the repairs, for which I paid a substantial invoice of nearly $8,000, I requested a copy of the report and accompanying photos. Worst service.came to fix drains very expensive.promised 2 year warranty first rains drains flooded. Called and they promised to be there to repair.....they was 2 weeks ago called multiple times and spoke to Michael who promised to be there to fix multiple excuses and still waiting. Money wasted

Came to fix storm water and repair downpipes. Quoted for the work were eon the expensive side. Finished the storm water and promised to come back for the downpipes. Paid in good faith, my mistake. Called and messaged several time over the last 3 weeks. They have promised to come several times and I'm still waiting.poor service and workmanship

Appalling and unreliable service. Failed to turn up within agreed timeframes and had to follow them up and got excuses and a new timeframe which was also not adhered to. Total non-show. Gave up and contacted the Drain Man who turned up when agreed and did a comprehensive assessment and rectification - could not be happier. Do yourself a favour and do not use Melbourne Drain Medics but rather reach out to the Drain Man
