Absolutely brilliant. I went in without any clue on what to do after being in a hit and run. David and Paul just took the wheel and allowed me to get on with my week knowing the vehicle and claim was going to be sorted. Customer service at its finest

Horrible experience. Was charged well over the agreed price, huge delays in getting my car back and when I got it back was in an unroadworthy condition despite being ‘completed’. I called numerous times requesting they rectify their work. They reluctantly agreed to to do so. When I got my car back for the second time (after again extensive delays) there were still issues with it. They were so hard to deal with I decided to cut my loses and not worry about going back a third time. Extremely disappointing.
My car went in for repairs with them, after an accident in mid September of last year. Poor communications from the company, they would take weeks to answer you. My car went in there in a running condition, only needed accident repair. I got my yesterday (24/3), not running.(That's right they had my car for 6 months) NOT HAPPY!! Repairs to vehicle not completed properly. Mr Paul Ellingham, is know refusing respond to my messages & phone calls. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
