The service team were brilliant, flexible with my time, and did exactly what I needed. I had a small job needed urgently, and they did it quickly for me. I can't thank the team enough.
**EDIT - after speaking with the manager today who tells me that there were no lies, it was an error and they dropped the ball. I've removed the word lies. I was merely presenting what my wife was telling me after she had spoken to them and was very upset. I can not change a person's feelings. She felt lied to. We were offered a resolution. Thank you. My wife and I bought a Tiguan from this location 2 and a half years ago and their customer service since the purchase has been nothing but pathetic. We have been waiting 2 years for them to sort out an issue as they handball the issue between each other. From the Service Manager promising to call us, to Taylor, their after market person telling my wife we never spoke with her and when I tell her we did, suddenly she remembers.
