Best place I’ve booked in Melbourne so far! The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything and very convenient. The check-in process was super smooth and hassle-free. I didn’t even need to go to reception as everything was done online and over the phone. Submitting the required documents was easy, and the whole process was very convenient.
