Our stay was a nightmare. Upon arrival in Room 315, we discovered multiple biological stains (blood) on the bedding of both beds. This is a severe health violation and proof that the linens were not changed before our stay. Management later admitted to this in writing, calling it a "lapse" in housekeeping. We were left stranded with children in a contaminated room until we were finally relocated at midnight on the second night. The first two nights were very poor in a room with two king singles together. One of those was amongst the worst hotel beds ever experienced and have travelled a fair bit. In addition, the hotel air-conditioning did not respond to changes, as stated on other reviews. Overall not a bad stay, reception was very friendly. However the air con did not work at all. We followed the advice given & turned it down in 2 degree increments, but the room temperature would not drop at all - meaning it was very hot & stuffy all night. Also in the carpark, first of all trying to get down the ramp was an interesting task, it is very narrow & tight. Secondly, there is no lift to take you back up to the lobby? Super nice apartment, very clean. Great customer service with excellent staff.
Highly recommend, King suite very spacious, including kitchen, laundry facilities, bathtub, city views, comfy bed absolutely spotlessly clean will stay again , And having car park facilities available next to the building and breakfast also available, Enter the main entrance of the Mantra Little Bourke Street Amazing stay five star
