Reception room is on the 8th floor, the reception girls are sweet, helpful and friendly. Our room is clean, spacious, cozy, quiet and equipped with a clean kitchen and washing machine. The location is great, only two blocks away from the main tram line. Defintely will come back again.
We enjoyed our stay in Signature One Bedroom Apartment. Amazing overseas team who handle our request. Truly a memorable stay in Melbourne.

I can feel the Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality in this Hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly from the moment I arrived. What I appreciated most was how well they explained everything — from the hotel amenities to directions around the area. Their detailed information made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. I truly felt cared for, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.
Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. Reception hours is limited but luckily they have customer support/call center to assist how to check-in when you arrive after the reception hours.
