A bit hard to locate (situated in the antra Building down laneway). Very comfortable with full self catered facilities.

AC unit was not working on one of the hottest days in Melbourne. We told the receptionist just after checking in the room, there was no response from her, until we went back to her at 7pm in evening. Then we were told nothing could be done and to cancel our booking at 7:30pm in evening. It has completely ruined our vacation and has caused significant mental stress and ofcourse suffocation and problmes due to heat
Our stay was a nightmare. Upon arrival in Room 315, we discovered multiple biological stains (blood) on the bedding of both beds. This is a severe health violation and proof that the linens were not changed before our stay. Management later admitted to this in writing, calling it a "lapse" in housekeeping. We were left stranded with children in a contaminated room until we were finally relocated at midnight on the second night.
