Check in was painful - dealing with call centre off shore. The property itself is quite old. No service at all.
I still have not seen the room but a queue of 7 families waiting for check-in both at 3:30pm and 4:10pm (left and came back) cause there's only 1 receptionist is disappointing...
10 mins and counting to get checked in for a fully paid business stay. Avoid if you can
Reception room is on the 8th floor, the reception girls are sweet, helpful and friendly. Our room is clean, spacious, cozy, quiet and equipped with a clean kitchen and washing machine. The location is great, only two blocks away from the main tram line. Defintely will come back again.
We enjoyed our stay in Signature One Bedroom Apartment. Amazing overseas team who handle our request. Truly a memorable stay in Melbourne.
