I see many of the 5 star reviews are based on new vehicle sales. When it comes to a WARRANTY claim the result is nowhere near as satisfactory. I wasn’t even able to book it in for diagnosis! I gave up after a several emails and phone calls.
I recently had a test drive with Mario and honestly, he’s the most genuine and honest car salesman I’ve ever come across. I had a couple of detailed questions, and instead of brushing them off or giving me the usual sales fluff, Mario and his manager took the time to answer everything thoroughly.
