Worst experience ever. The drivers showed up over an hour late and didn't know how to fully uitilise the truck while loading so couldn't fit it all in, then blamed the customer for their poor job. I had to leave part of my belongings behind interstate without knowing when it is going to be collected. They showed no accountability and keep changing the dates when they can go back to pick it up, and even after I offered to pay extra they won't go back and finish the job. I've used this team for 3 different moves around Melbourne since 2022 and have been well looked after each time. Their movers always take great care and don't mess about. Very responsive over email. Highly recommend!
Just completed another move, as expected all went very well. We will definitely be engaging the team again in July. Very careful, efficient and friendly. Could not be more satisfied.
We had the worst experience with Melbourne City Movers. The team were inexperienced and took nearly 12 hours to complete a move for a 2 bedroom town house. That wasn't it. At the end there were also surprises with extra fees that weren't related to hourly fees. I honestly wouldn't recommend this Moving Company. It was far too stressful.
I used Melbourne City Movers to do a 3BR NE vic regional to Melb move. Price point was fair & reasonable, it was a long day for the guys who did a great job packing & unpacking whilst looking after my stuff including some fragile antique furniture & precious items. Communication was clear & responsive. Overall a good operation. I would use them again and recommend to others.
