We've had good experiences here. We drive in from the country just to be here so waiting is fine. The doctors are great with children. Never had an issue with the reception staff. I'm friendly with them so they are with me.

Dr Anu was fantastic and reception staff always accommodating and helpful, on the phone or in person. Wait times are sometimes lengthy but to see Dr Anu I would wait as long as I need to. She is an incredible doctor. Highly recommend.
All staff, including receptionists and Doctors seem to be overworked, stressed and always late. When you do get to your appointment they always feel rushed, and not particularly supportive or clear in treatment plans. Tip: if you can’t manage current patients effectively perhaps try to revisit some of your approaches
Excellent service . Reception very supportive . We have been attending to the clinic as interstate patients . Always accommodate us to matching the flight times and able to complete the appointment with in a day When we need immediate support / doctor letters - we being looked after very well I offer an extra credit to Dr Jonathan Ruddle as well . He is a super busy doctor .Still my daughter being very well looked after
