We had a lovely experience at Melbourne Children’s Eye Clinic. The staff were very kind, caring, and professional, and they made us feel comfortable throughout our little one’s appointment. The only challenge was the waiting time, which was around 1.5 hours. We understand that appointments can take time and appreciate the care given to each child, but waiting for that long can be quite difficult when you have a young child. We've had good experiences here. We drive in from the country just to be here so waiting is fine. The doctors are great with children. Never had an issue with the reception staff. I'm friendly with them so they are with me.

Dr Anu was fantastic and reception staff always accommodating and helpful, on the phone or in person. Wait times are sometimes lengthy but to see Dr Anu I would wait as long as I need to. She is an incredible doctor. Highly recommend.
