I had a procedure undertaken in May and was told that the clinic would contact me to arrange a follow-up appointment. I was never contacted, nor given any confirmation of this appointment either by email or by text message until the day prior. In the time since the procedure, my schedule had changed and I was no longer able to attend. The telephone operator helped me to change to a telehealth appointment for the same date and time. The team of staff both at the front desk ( Lauren and Genevieve) and professionals including Dr Shane Selvanderan & other professional doctors are amazing! They have such great customer focus care & empathy and highly recommend the team.

In my opinion and on my experience, Dr Andrew Friedman and his team are possibly among the most unprofessional medical practitioners I have encountered. Given repeatedly misleading info, being sent between multiple unknown clinics they possess around Melbourne, and being met with arrogance and incompetency. Abhorrent. Terrible place. On the day of appointment, got 3 different phone calls from 3 different people from this practice for the exact same reason: to confirm appointment and ask whether I had used my referral letter ... read more

I drive a long way to see Antony. I've been seeing Gastros for about 45 years, and the only other one i thought was great was in Auckland, a bit further away. Antony listens and explains, and seems very knowlegable, highly skilled, and passionate about what he does. It's hard for us laymen to judge, but by comparison, I highly recommend him.

I am pleased to recommend Associate Professor Friedman & Dr. Shane Selvanderan both of whom attended to me recently. Their level of professionalism & skill is at the highest level of their profession. Their attitude & care is extremely reassuring. I would also like to add that the helpfulness & thoroughness of their administration staff who ensure that you are guided every step of the way is also most reassuring.
