Unprofessional, poor communicators. Would avoid at all costs. Cancelled appointments, failure to call you back - leaving unwell people uncared for. Very poor service.
Avoid at all costs. Both this clinic and their other one in Brighton is owned by a dental assistant. They owe unpaid wages into the 6 figures to multiple dentists as well as dental assistants and receptionists. This is going back over 5 years at least. Their infection control is subpar and I doubt would hold up to any accreditation process
