Wasn’t a bogus review - I did contact the office and was told it’s not your problem and you’re not liable. No assistance whatsoever after being sold a lemon.
Brought a car from here. After two weeks, there were issues and I took it back to the dealer. They kept it for nearly a month and I was told the issues were sorted. Come to find out the issues were not sorted, the mechanic simply used black gaffa tape on the engine which has now led to further issues with the car and to the point I cannot drive it. There is no longer a Facebook or website so no where to contact. Extremely ripped off and disappointed.
Great dealer Mathew was, good communication and lots of help.
Highly recommend. I bought a car through Mathew while overseas in Egypt of all countries. Mathew made the process easy and stress free. He is very professional and easy to communicate with. Where possible, I will definitely go through his dealership again.
