I do not recommend this company. I am selling a property from interstate and was unable to do a pre-sale clean. I commissioned Melbourne Central Cleaning to do this for me and trusted that they would complete the tasks they outlined which included cleaning bathroom grout which was very dirty. After I paid Melbourne Central Cleaning $385 I was able to inspect the property a week later. I was unhappy to find the bathroom was still filthy. Very Professional cleaners. Couldn't be happier with the service. Fair pricing, good communication and we got our bond back. Thank you so much Sara and team - we'll definitely use Melbourne Central Cleaning again.

Wouldn't recommend these guys. They underquoted us for our end of lease clean, despite me giving them detailed information about our property. Didn't call to tell me about the extra cost beforehand, even though they said they would call me before starting the job. They kindly agreed to take the keys back to the agency after the clean, but then they forgot to do that, so we had to chase them and our agent to make sure the keys were returned.
