A cockroach literally ran over our bed on the first morning.
Had to call for some cutlery & crockery after arrival, minimal linen for 4 days & no room service for restocking amenities until afternoon before departure. No mattress protectors on bed, dirty blankets in cupboards, lumpy pillows, floor & couch hadn’t been vacuumed, worn toilet seat & ran out of hot water 2 of the 4 nights. Great location but wouldn’t return

Stayed at room 1601 on Exhibition st. Absolutely filthy, beds all shit, springs thru mattresses, lighting not working, blinds broken , cupboards broken, carpet stained and filthy.. bath tap not working, spa not working. This place is s disaster , cannot recommend, total rip off. So dirty most family members got sick! Wish we could get our money back and never stayed here!!
