Very dirty donna sofa and floor , did not clean well the donna has blood and yellow stains on it. Very disgusting
Great location, service and excellent apartment for a family
The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with two bathrooms and the location was very convenient for my needs. I was appreciative of the staff as I left a dress behind, under a towel, and the staff went to the trouble of searching through the laundry to find it for me.
The central location of our apartment enabled us to walk to most of our engagements over the 4 days we were there. There was a tram at the door and 4stations within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself was extremely spacious and very well equipped. It was surprisingly quiet with the bedroom towards the back. It will definitely be our first accommodation preference for our next trip to Melbourne. The price made it extremely good value for money.
Have stayed here many, many times. The location is excellent. the building is a bit tired but our room on this occasion was very good (2 bedroom apartment). The major downside was that the apartment air conditioner was set in some energy saving mode so couldn't be turned on. As the apartment faced west, we had full sun on all the floor to ceiling windows all afternoon and it was extremely hot.
