If I could give a 0 star I would. Arrived 50 minutes late And the job was not done well at all. I asked for steam and when the man finished my couch was still dirty & dry - it also smelt ??? So he basically vacuumed ?? Nice people. Very fast and easygoing. I was not at home so he (Herens) waited for 20 mins.
Don't get tempted by the cheap price! The guy came this morning and asked for more money, since I have stairs. He did the job very quickly and didn't manage to take off all the stains, saying I booked the standard staem cleaning , not a deep one (no one told me they have a few options!). On booking I mantioned I am paying with credit card, and I was making sure I will have no extras to pay on the promotion.
