Pavan did an excellent job of both carpets and upholstery. And...he was pleasant and polite at all times
The worst experience I’ve ever had!! The guy doesn’t turn up on time on the day and we ring him saying his car has broken down but hasn’t communicated that to anyone. He arrives hours later demanding half the payment or he won’t start cleaning. He takes longer to clean and we had to leave as we were moving interstate so left keys with a neighbour to lock up when he was done. Excellent service, person arrive on time , my carpet condition had very poor before cleaning and after getting service with Melbourne carpet cleaning, my carpet looks good. I recommend everyone to get service with this company because of it's services.
I had AJ come to replace a patch of carpet stained from pet urine. He did a fabulous job, carpet looks brand new and you can’t tell one but it’s been replaced. Thank you!
Like nothing has been done at all. Very disappointing.
