Here to support my friend below who showed me the stain and invoice from this foul company. $90 quoted and agreed upon, $298 charged. Looking at the invoice, it appears they may outsource to contractors called "S&N Maintenance"? If people want to take things further, please contact ACCC to report this company's false online advertising
I think all these five star reviews are fake. Quoted $90 on the phone for spot cleaning. I provided a detailed overview of the stain. When they showed up, they charged a vulnerable, elderly person who I was organising the service for, $298. That's more than twice the price!! It left a larger stain area than the original stain and they were only there for about half an hour. They were over an hour late.
