Very prompt. Very thoroughly did 5 steps - Vaccuming,Shampoo,Scrubbing,Rinsing & extracting and then even groomed our carpet... Nobody has ever done it like this before. They even helped move the furniture to clean thoroughly underneath the furniture. Very impressed. Totally worth paying a bit more for a fabulous carpet cleaning job.
Hi Bree - NO CONTACT MADE TO ME BY MCC - DISAPPOINTED Yesterday we had our tiles cleaned, I went to work and my husband was home with your cleaner.. Your staff member was very nice. When I got home, my husband told me it took over 4 hours for the floor to dry, but it has left a lot of marks on our tiles... you say you do a speed dry... no drying was done You have been paid and I'm left with tiles with water marks all over them..
