Excellent location and good service. We enjoyed staying here for over a week.
This is our 5th stay at Melbourne Carlton Central. The location is ideal for us, close to shopping, the best restaurants and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. The staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy and equipped with everything you need. Great for their private carpark. Public transport is easily accessible. Will highly recommend this place.
Have to walk down some alley to get to this place, service was nice. Room had bad carpet, the toilet had some weird yellow stains on the seat which made me very afraid to even use it. Bed sheet had a stain on it, didn't appreciate the small "keep the kitchen tidy" when I came to a dirty and smudgy kitchen...bed was also uncomfortable I barely got any sleep. No view from the balcony other than a brick wall and some plants at the bottom...not worth them having a $100 withholding at checkout that's for sure.

If you are reading this reviews RUN RUN RUN away from this hotel. I wish I read these reviews before booking. Soon as I walked in, the smell was terrible. Door lock broken Fridge was filthy Kettle was filthy Cutlery was dirty Every light switch was dirty with finger prints. Around carpet boarder had so much dirt buildup. Bathroom door had finger marks everywhere. Window seals had years of dirt and dust build up. Stove top cracked and dangerous.
