Really disappointing. After waiting several weeks for my appointment date, I finally turned up as scheduled. My appointment was at their Vermont Clinic. Arrived at 10.45 for my 11am appointment. When I arrived, I spoke with reception who took my blood results for adding to my file - It was here she should have told me how far they were behind. I can only go by my experience. I was referred (on an urgent request) on the 6th December 2024. After a week I phoned to follow up, only to be told that I’m too complex a patient and I should go elsewhere. I am always weary of any medical professional that makes a preemptive diagnosis without facts. So I thought, well that’s a relief I can find a cardiologist that will help and I moved on.
