I purchased some concrete sealer yesterday and didnt use one of the tubs ,so I returned it straight away, ( next day ) The tubs were $477, but to return it , they charged me $47, my refund was $430 . Now I dont mind copping a card transfer fee, but when I asked why so much , I was told because of the Admin / paperwork , and if he didnt charge this, his boss or admin would reprimand him !
