I would like appreciate and recommend BMW Body shop for repairs. Their team is well trained professionally and take work very seriously. They do love what they do and keen on attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my car. Harry and his team did an absolutely incredible job. It looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. Every detail was finished perfectly, and the paintwork is flawless. Harry was professional, friendly and kept me updated throughout the process, he was amazing to deal with. Whilst my car was being repaired, Harry noticed my car was due for service, so was also able to organise for my car to be serviced at kings way, saving me another trip into the city! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this BMW bodyshop. I was charged nearly $935 for a detail clean full car, including pre-scan and post-scan fees. However, when I picked up my car, I later discovered glass shards on both sides of the seats, underneath the seats, and even fine fragments on the driver’s seat. This is not just poor workmanship – it is a serious safety concern. A proper detail clean should have ensured that all glass was fully removed, especially from the driver’s seat. I had my BMW iX tinted at your facility and had clearly requested that the car be cleaned inside and outside after the work was completed. Unfortunately, this was not done. On top of that, the rear camera was detached during the tinting process, and I was told to contact BMW Melbourne Service myself to have it reattached. This means I now have to make another trip unnecessarily just to resolve an issue that was created by your team.
