I had my BMW iX tinted at your facility and had clearly requested that the car be cleaned inside and outside after the work was completed. Unfortunately, this was not done. On top of that, the rear camera was detached during the tinting process, and I was told to contact BMW Melbourne Service myself to have it reattached. The insurance sent my car to this place for repairs, and while the overall process was fine, I started noticing strange issues after getting it back. Dropped the vehicle off for repair in November and after 2months the vehicle is still at the workshop with the bumper bar removed. Staff had confirmed parts have arrived from Germany mid December. Completion date for the vehicle yet to be notified. What are you doing Melbourne BMW??
Let me tell you about the BMW Workshop in Port Melbourne. I have now been a few times to see these guys as I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist so while most people would think that nothing is wrong.. I see it WRONG and have to fix it.. the team at the BMW Workshop have shown to be highly professional and full of patience.
