Had MBR come in to fix a few chips and scratches after moving out. They did a wonderful job and came up as new! Highly recommended

Highly recommend this company. Friendly customer service, prompt with their responses and quote. Had them to repair a hairline crack basin at one the rental properties and it looks as if a new basin was installed!
I had an issue getting some defects repaired via our builder - MBR came to fix them and the work was not completed. When I reached out to them direct (as the builder was apparently not getting traction), I was abused by their staff on the phone - the lady was incredibly hostile and unprofessional. She kept talking over me and interrupting. I appreciate she has an issue with our builders and seemed to want to take that out on me - makes me wonder if the issue was with the builder or with MBR. I had Ramsay from MBR come to my property today in coordination with Henley to do a few minor scratch repairs and paint touch ups. He sent me a heads up 30 minutes before arriving, was friendly, observed covid-safe protocols, and very knowledgeable. On top of the impeccable work, he has also given advice on maintenance of my stone benchtop and the timber façade. If I needed any repairs in the future, I will definitely ring them!
