My boss’s boot on his Mercedes seized up the afternoon before his Golf Trip in Japan. The gold clubs were in the boot. As the office is in Port Melbourne I phoned Melbourne Auto Body at 3.40pm to ask if they could help, emergency. I got the car there and the team at Melbourne Auto Body were fantastic. Not only were they able to open the boot, they rescued the golf clubs and my boss is over the moon. Win win. Samantha was amazing and friendly and the guys were so knowledgeable and fantastic. Have had two repairs done here having been my preferred repairer. On my first instance someone reversed into the front. I had a camera issue after the accident. At the time I was told that it was the right mirror camera and had nothing to do with the accident despite not having any physical damage nor having any fault codes. I left it at that.
