1st - don't shove a mask in my face and tell me to put it on, ask me, be polite about it. 2nd - don't make snide comments saying: "no one knows how to put a mask on anymore", you know nothing about me and what I've needed to do in the past few years due to cancer diagnosis and immunocompromised family members. I am very disappointed that you were unable to provide any assistance to myself and my husband on 11th February, after my husband experienced a medical episode just outside the entrance to your clinic. I went in and asked for some help. A staff member advised me that he was unable to render any assistance unless my husband was in the clinic. As my husband was unable to move, this was impossible. While I understand the OH&S need to practice within your clinic, I believe some compassion to our exceptional situation could have ... read more

You have better odds winning the lottery than finding the drs in this clinic. On multiple occassions the doctor leaves before closing time, or you are told they will call you when dr becomes available and no call.
