I initially left a 1-star review due to the inability to get ahold of someone when I was looking for updates on a delivery. I have changed the review to 4-stars due to the care that Elizabeth took to call me and go over the issues I brought up and was willing to hear my concerns (two websites = confusing, and nobody available to answer the phone). I decided 4/5 stars is fair, as that last star remains fairly lost due to the stress it caused me 😂 Overall, I will give Melba’s a second chance.
I walked in and bought this beautiful bouquet for $29.99. The staff was very friendly.
