Great guys, reasonable prices & quality work
Took my car into the shop to get a new starter, i waited 4 days with no communication and then paid $430 to get the car, it wouldn’t accelerate when i tried to pull out of the lot and was making a weird noise so i turned around and went back in thinking maybe it was just a small fix or something got bumped when they were trying to fix it, since i just paid $430 i went back inside and told Richard up front what happened, he was not understanding at all and was quite condescending to me lmao even saying slowly “okay, so your c... read more
Called to schedule a repair, left it overnight in case they had a cancellation, fixed before noon next day. Way above any expectation! Also helped my wife with a tire issue on the spot last winter. Very helpful and fair.
Melansons was a great auto shop, until the new owners took over. Very rude customer service by Richard up front. Brought my daughters car in for a new starter, it sat for 4 days with no communication on the car. Then after it was fixed, she drove a mile down the road and there was no acceleration. When talking to Richard, he didn’t care about the fact it was just fixed and something different just broke minutes after leaving the lot. All he could say was they can look at in a few days.
