Disappointing. A day before appointment she asked if I could come at a later time, I obliged. The day of appointment a few hours before time, she canceled on me. And I was going on a trip the next day and desperately needed my hair done. I received my deposit back but she had no remorse and was not that sorry. I thought this was gonna be my go to spot but nahh. I hope they improve
Loved my hair, and she was able to get me in next day. Will definitely be back!
Found this hairstylist via IG, I originally booked a before braid prep & sew-in approximately a month in advance. The hairstylist canceled on me the day of and has yet to refund the full amount despite my efforts to communicate.
