Melanie White has been doing our taxes for years and is nothing less than Competent, professional , efficient , responsive and compassionate. Whether we had a more complex return (with rental property, filing after divorce) or just needed help with a simple return for my in-laws, or sister, Melanie has always been available to help. Total lacking in responsiveness to client’s request and lack of professionalism upon further requesting aid in tax advice
Melanie White did my taxes for years. After a domestic violence injunction against my ex-husband and fleeing for my and my children's safety, he evidently contacted their office. When I contacted Melanie expecting the same compassionate service I'd had in the past she blasted me for what my ex-husband did, shamed me for being the victim of domestic violence and told me she would no longer work with me. It is beyond sad in my opinion that someone would 'fire' a client for being the victim of domestic violence. Incredibly sad.... read more
I've known Melanie personally for about 15 years and she has overseen my taxes for at least 10 years. I began working with Melanie when I started an LLC for my side hustle and my taxes quickly became way too much for me to handle without a professional. The way other reviews characterize her is not the Melanie I know AT ALL. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
