Went in for a hearing test with Melanie and it was a fast easy experience...
Melanie was super thorough ans explained very clearly the tests she did and why. Loved it!
Her attitude made it hard to communicate to her. She was condescending and the eye rolls told me she didn’t care what I said. I’ll ask the VA not to send me to her again
