I’ve been to many doctors for my condition and this office is by far the best. They actually care about you. Dr Townsend took the time to listen and got me in with a hearing specialist that day! And they gave me an ultrasound on the spot. Whaaaat. And don’t forget Celia, the speech therapist who was very knowledgeable and caring. Def never went to another office like this.
Excellent surgeon. I felt from my very first appointment I was cared for, from all the way till after surgery. Everything was explained in great detail, before and after surgery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend Doctor Townsend
