Had my educational assistant done with Melanie, she was absolutely wonderful and it was a joy to be assessed by her. She was hilarious and I could tell that she thoroughly enjoys her job. Thank you so much once again Melanie, it was lovely meeting you and I hope you have a wonderful retirement!
Was good at listening but did not offer any real advice other than to find a different specialist more involved in addictions. She clearly felt unwilling or unable to talk with me.
Had our first visit, my wife felt very heard for the first time. Melanie listened to her concerns and talked her through each category and area of possible concern, we are very pleased with her service. They’re very responsive on the phone, willing to answer all your questions and concerns and very welcoming. Thank you once again.
