I booked in for a lash lift and tint and a brow wax and tint with Alice. First time coming to Melanie Richards for this kind of treatment although I've been elsewhere before. Alice was lovely, she explained the process they follow and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. She was so calm and gentle throughout. Really lovely experience and my brows and lashes look amazing!
