Simply the best. A true surgeon. One that’s not in a hurry to operate, but more so to listen. To be honest, if the patient before me did not take so much of Dr. Goldfarb’s time thinking she’s her personal family physician, I would be in and out as planned. Regardless, and as expected, Dr. Goldfarb diagnosed, told me to stop panicking, and offered a great solution. Thank you!

Since I chose Dr. Goldfarb based on her reviews, I feel it fair that I leave one to share my experience. From the get go, Dr. Goldfarb was dead set on total thyroid removal - and I had bee referred to her for laser therapy. While I agreed that a partial lobectomy was the best course, she took it upon herself to also remove my isthimus against my express wishes to only remove the left lobe. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Goldfarb. She neglected my concerns and was dismissive during the visit. Instead of thoroughly addressing my issues, she had an intern perform a 2 minute ultrasound, which felt rushed and unhelpful. When I asked about lab results, she told me she does not read labs, which is very shocking. The entire visit lasted under 5 minutes, yet she billed it as a 30–39 minute appointment. I had thyroid surgery with Dr. Goldfarb due to cancer. I experienced significant changes in my voice and breathing afterwards. I raised these concerns multiple times over the seven months following surgery but was consistently reassured that things would improve in a few months.
