Her office staff goes above and beyond to explain our coverage and look for ways to help us save money. Cathy from her office is amazing. She will contact us when discount programs are available and walk us through completing them. We are so thankful for our State Farm family!
I have been a customer of Melanie Perry (State Farm) for many years. Melanie and her staff have treated me like family. If you know Melanie, then you know what a caring person she is. In 2005, I went through Hurricane Rita. I had over 60 large trees down, Melanie sent an employee (Tray) to my home to see where they could help. In 2020, We had 2 hurricanes hit and Melanie and her staff were helpful, from start to finish.
