I’ve been seeing her for about 10 years and got my husband seeing her too. Her and her staff are amazing. I never wait long, she listens and cares about your health outcomes. I had some persistent issues and she worked diligently to get them resolved fully. I hope she never retires because I’m never leaving.
I always get great attention, concern and care in Dr. Marshall's office. Dr. MARSHALL listens and works to figure out a treatment plan that works for you.
Dr Marshall is a phenomenal Physician and her staff at the front is also. It would be nice to not speak to a call center to make an appointment. It's no longer personal and intimate as you would get from the ones that work the reception for her office. I'd rather use the messaging system than a call to a call center. Her reception members know you and greet you as such.
Dr. Marshall is an absolute jewel. She always shows genuine concern about my health and well being. She has always been encouraging and never made me feel bad about my unhealthy habits. Nor has she ever made me feel like she didn't care about my well being. Even when I beat up on myself, she always remains positive and encouraging. I am truly thankful to have her as my primary care physician. She and her office staff are top notch.
