I had an appointment scheduled with this doctor I waited months for. I even called 2 weeks before my scheduled time to confirm and spoke with a real person who confirmed. Also 2 days before my appointment I received a robocall call to confirm as well. I was totally shocked and admittedly angry when I arrived for my appointment and was informed by the receptionist that I wasn’t on the schedule. This is now wasted months I could have been seeing someone else about my thyroid tumor.

I've seen man doctors over the years with my condition, and Dr. Thomas continues to be one of my favorites. She listens and works hard to make sure my treatment is right for me.

I was referred by my provider and was told I should call to schedule an appointment. My levels for thyroid are complicated. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that she reviewed my chart and would not be taking me on as a patient. I then asked why and was told that there was no reason. I understand that providers can decline patients but there should be an explanation. I also should have been notified that she did not take me on as a patient so that I could begin trying to get in contact with another provider. I... read more
