Such a caring and wonderful woman, she has been my doctor for about 10 years. I went through some health problems about 6 years ago and I don't know what I would have done without her. I'm happy for her,she's retiring. Sad because she won't be my doctor anymore.
Through knowledge of my medical history. Well equipped to discuss on going medical issues. The longest Dr, patient relationship I have ever had and it pays dividends in my care.
Wonderful doctor. Cares about her patients, and takes the time to resolve any issues that I had. As a Deaf patient, I truly appreciate her because she always made sure I had ASL interpreter at my appointment.
Dr. Kates was supposedly 'filling-in' for my regular Sutter PCP who is out on medical leave. She obviously does not know me, & did not bother to look at my profile. She has avoided me with Robo-Replies after 6pm all week. Appears to be a 'floating-physician', = she has x5 office locations in both Napa & Sonoma Counties; a HUGE RED FLAG that this physician does not have her own office/regular patients, but 'floats' between Sutter PCP's who are in need if temporary back-up (Vaca, etc).
