From our first meeting we knew Melanie was the person to help us. She listened, produced a design that reflected exactly what we’d discussed and then flexed as ideas changed and evolved. Nothing seems to phase her - she faces into challenges with creativity and good humour and her level of knowledge is something else. Melanie is brilliant at her job, she’s also fun and very collaborative so we’ve felt fully involved in every part of our garden’s transformation. We couldn’t be happier and feel very lucky to have found her!
We decided to approach Melanie to create a garden design for what we wanted our old-fashioned / trashed by building work garden to become, as and when budget allowed. Working alongside our landscaper Grounds & Greens, it has been great to know what we’re working towards and approaching any landscaping works in the best way. Such a good use of money! Definitely recommend.
Melanie has helped design, plant and develop my garden from a plain plot to an exceptional vibrant garden which I now love to be in. Her plant knowledge is exceptional, her landscaping design skills reflect her vast knowledge and years of experience. She has a warm, friendly manner which makes her a pleasure to work with.
It’s been three years since Melanie helped design and plant our front garden and each year it looks more lovely. Her thoughtfulness in the planting providing interest for each season really shines through and the garden gets regular compliments from delivery people! I’m loving seeing it evolve and grow.
I can’t tell you how good Melanie is at this, it’s not just the creativity and the empathy, but the willingness to explore ideas as they develop. She had created a thing of beauty, totally in keeping with the environment, but with a dream like quality all of its own.
