O got a surgery for ectopic pregnancy by Dr Melanie kaufer on hackensack, after a few day doctors called me to go back and do more test , at the beginning though I have cancer when they did blood work and ultrasound they realized I still pregnant dr suggested to do an abortion I denied so dr Melanie kept called me so many times tried to convinced me to go back and do an abortion because of the surgery increased the possibility to my baby born with defects. I called and left 3 messages over the course of a week to make an appointment for an emergent situation. I never received a call back. I find that highly unprofessional and wouldn't trust the practice to demonstrate the quality of care or compassion required for a newly pregnant and uncertain woman - let alone one who was having complications such as myself. I never got an appointment so I can't speak to their service other than to say that to me, it was lacking.
