I hate to do this because I liked Cynthia who I saw but I felt like I was charged for things that I was not made aware of. I went in for a physical and we talked about something that was out of the normal physical (which I was unaware of that, how would the normal person know what was considered with in the realm of a physical) so they charged me for an office visit on top of the physical. I have already recommended Melanie to several people. I have seen both Melanie and her partner at their office at Cornerstone and I would recommend either of them unequivocally. They are both so caring and knowledgeable. They don't rush you. They treat you like you were a member of their own family. It is just such an unbelievably rare experience in this day and age. We are lucky that we found them. Melanie really goes above and beyond the Call of Duty with extra help and caring!
I have known and have been seeing Melanie Lowe for several years. I absolutely love the individual attention that each patient receives and I recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care provider. She is very knowledgeable, engaging, and cares so very deeply about her patients. I cannot say enough good things about her or her staff. They are the absolutely epitome of what healthcare should be.
Melanie has an amazing gift of listening and caring for her patients. She is conscious of condition of mind, body and soul :) She and the staff are amazing, accommodating and dependable. I always leave feeling very well cared for! Have recommended many times.
Melanie is so sympathetic and giving human being. She really cares about her patients and treats them as she would treat her own family.
