I just had an IUD placed by Dr. Carter today, and she was SO nice during everything. We had to stop a few times since the speculum was painful, but she was more than willing to be patient with me and wait until I was ready to try again. We were eventually able to do it, thanks to her willingness to go slow and work with me through it all. Dr. Carter was very sweet. And nurse Jenny, was very kind. Both were very good at explaining things. Making sure that I understood everything.
The staff was friendly, caring and sympathetic to my medical situation.
