I’ve been working with Melanie for about five years, and she has always been incredibly understanding and attentive to my concerns. She genuinely cares and consistently makes each experience a positive one. Even when I’ve felt embarrassed about a lack of progress and/or personal setbacks, she responds with empathy, reminds me that I’m human, and encourages me to get back on track without judgment. I highly recommend her!
Wonderful person, truly cares for her patients. Listens to there needs and the goals they are trying to accomplish. She gives you the tools to make it happen. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone that asked. That office is amazing.
