It is almost unreachable to get ahold to this office...literally any day or phone call you make nobody ever answers the phone! There are some employees that are super sweet and helpful....However I've personally had more bad experiences here then good.
Very hard to get in contact with. Left my information and no one has contacted me back yet. Called multiple times and only can reach a voicemail. During this time I hate going into any hospital but it’s like that’s the only to be able to reach them.
Melanie Helmken and her team are extremely professional. The entire staff is attentive and caring for you needs when visiting. I have been a patient for over 21 years and absolutely love the staff. I recommend this practice to all women in need of an OBGYN.
